These terms apply to every order placed with Glitter Boutique Flower through this website, WhatsApp or in the boutique. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

Glitter Boutique Flower is a florist based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Contact details are on our Contact page.

2. Products and photos

Flowers are natural products. Photos show the style, size and colour palette of an arrangement; the exact blooms, stem count and container may vary with the season and daily availability. Where a flower is unavailable we substitute one of equal or greater value in the same palette.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before payment. We accept card payments through our secure payment provider and cash on delivery. Prices may change without notice, but not for orders already confirmed.

4. Orders and confirmation

An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was displayed incorrectly, or payment did not clear; in that case you are refunded in full.

5. Delivery

Same day delivery in Ajman is available for orders placed before 4pm. Delivery windows are estimates; traffic, weather and events can cause delays, and we will keep you informed. It is your responsibility to give a complete address and a reachable phone number for the recipient. If nobody is available, our driver may leave the flowers with reception, a family member or a neighbour, or return them for a second attempt, which may be charged.

6. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge until we start arranging them. After that, cancellation is not possible. Refunds and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy and Exchange or Return of Goods pages.

7. Card messages and content

You are responsible for the content of card messages. We may refuse to print messages that are offensive, unlawful or threatening.

8. Accounts, wishlist and promotions

You are responsible for keeping your account details safe. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

9. Intellectual property

Photos, designs, text and the Glitter Boutique Flower name and logo are ours and may not be used without permission.

10. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the courts of the Emirate of Ajman.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
